Terms of Service

What we offer

Viere Coaching provides one to one and group coaching, delivered by video call and sold as single sessions, multi-session packages, or ongoing arrangements agreed with you directly. Coaching is a partnership for clarity, growth, and action.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If something in your life calls for a licensed professional, we will say so and support you in finding one.

Booking, moving, and cancelling sessions

Sessions are booked through our scheduling links. Life happens: you can move or cancel a session at no cost with at least 24 hours notice using the link in your confirmation email. Sessions missed without notice may count as used, at our discretion and always with a conversation first.

Payments

Prices are in Canadian dollars and confirmed with you before anything is charged. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through payment links or invoices; we never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes are added where the law requires.

Refunds

If a package is not working for you, unused sessions are refundable on request within 90 days of purchase, less the value of sessions already held. Single sessions can be moved with notice as described above. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within five to ten business days.

Your part

Coaching works when you engage with it. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results; coaching provides structure, perspective, and accountability, not guarantees of any particular outcome.

Free resources and materials

Downloadable resources, worksheets, and session materials are for your personal use. Please do not republish or resell them.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays between us, with the narrow exceptions the law requires, such as risk of serious harm or a court order.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Viere Coaching's total liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where Viere Coaching is based.
