You bring the answers. We bring the questions.

ABOUT VIERE COACHING

Viere Coaching grew from years of supporting people through stress, uncertainty, and meaningful change. The lesson that shaped the practice is simple: people rarely need to be told what to do. They need space, and the right questions, to hear what they already know. That is the work we do here.

So many people carry pressure quietly. Coaching gives you a trusted place to set it down, hear yourself clearly, and decide what comes next.

Meet the team

Viere is a boutique practice by choice. Staying deliberately small keeps the work personal: the coach you meet on your first call is the coach who knows your whole story months later. Every client gets depth, continuity, and undivided attention. That is not a limitation. It is the point.

Gwen

Founder and Coach

I was drawn to helping people understand themselves, gain clarity, reconnect with their purpose, and move forward in a way that feels aligned with who they are.
Gwen

I’ve spent years working in high-pressure environments focused on employee wellness, mental health, and personal development. That experience showed me how often capable people carry stress, uncertainty, and internal pressure without having a trusted space to think.

Coaching became a natural extension of work I already cared deeply about. I wanted to help people understand themselves more fully, find clarity and purpose, and make decisions that feel both practical and personally meaningful.

How I work

My approach is warm, curious, and grounded. I listen without judgment, ask questions that invite deeper reflection, and respectfully challenge you when another perspective may be useful. Our conversations are practical and focused on helping you identify meaningful next steps.

Professional background

Gwen is currently completing The Art & Science of Coaching program through Erickson International and building the client coaching hours required as she works toward an ICF credential. Her coaching is also grounded in years of experience supporting employee wellness, mental health, and personal development in high-pressure environments.

THE APPROACH

You should never have to guess what you are signing up for.

Starting coaching can feel like a step into the unknown, and unknowns are exactly what you do not need more of. So here is the whole process, plainly: what happens first, how the work flows, and how you will know it is working.

It starts with one honest conversation.

Everything begins with a free, 30-minute chemistry call. You talk about what is going on, we ask good questions, and together we find out two things: whether coaching is the right tool, and whether we are the right fit. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to sign.

If it feels right, our first working session goes deeper. We map what you want, what stands in the way, and what deserves attention first.

Before any coaching begins, you will know:

  • How often we meet, and for how long
  • Exactly what it costs
  • What stays confidential (everything, unless you decide otherwise)
  • What we are working toward, in your words

No surprises. That is the foundation the rest is built on.

The work has a rhythm.

Most clients meet two to four times a month for focused, 60-minute sessions held over video. Each one starts where you are that day, follows the thread that matters most, and ends with a next step you choose.

Between sessions is where change takes root. You test new approaches in your real life, at your own pace, and bring back what you learn. Insight is only half the work. Practice is the other half, and we structure both.

Progress is reviewed, never assumed.

Coaching engagements begin with an initial period of about three months. At the end of it, we look honestly at what has moved: what you set out to change, what has changed, and what that tells us. Then you decide what comes next: continue, shift the focus, or finish well.

There is no lock-in and no drifting on autopilot. Coaching that has done its job should end, with you steadier, clearer, and trusting your own answers again. That ending is what we are working toward from the first call.

Fair questions, honest answers.

Trust is built on straight answers. Here is where we stand on the questions that matter most before you share anything personal.

Anything else you would like to know about how we work? Send a note any time. It will reach a person, not a queue.

No. Therapy is clinical care: it often works with healing, mental health, and the past. Coaching is a forward-focused partnership: we start from where you are, get clear on where you want to go, and build the way there. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care, and a good coach respects that boundary. If what you bring belongs with a therapist or physician, we will say so directly and support you in finding the right help. Some people work with both at once; they serve different purposes.

Yes. What you say in a session stays between us, and we never share your name as a client without your consent. If your employer sponsors your coaching, we agree on the boundaries in writing before we begin: what, if anything, is shared with your organization is decided with you, and the content of your sessions remains yours. Honest coaching depends on being able to say the true thing out loud. Confidentiality is what makes that possible.

Sessions are held over video, so you can join from wherever you are. All you need is a quiet space, a stable connection, and an hour where you will not be interrupted. Most people find that thinking honestly is easier from a place that already feels familiar.

Book your free chemistry call. It takes about a minute: fill in the short form, pick a time that suits you, and you are set. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to commit to. Thirty minutes of honest conversation, and you will know your next step, whichever direction it points.
